So it´s the perfect time to color your hair with a lighter shade, get some highlights, but also to start working on your beach body. I must say that the gyms are already overcrowded and therefore, also the trx classes, that I´ve been regularly participating in, are nowadays fully enrolled. And believe me, if you try it once and don´t give up, it will surely become a part of you. Options are various. You just have to choose an activity and fully engage in it...
